Vallmon Preschool is located in the southern part of Kalmar urban area, near Falkenbergsskolan. We provide pedagogical activities for children aged 1–5.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who are passionate about your role as a preschool teacher. You also have the drive to further develop our preschool together with your colleagues. You clarify and make visible our operations and the children's learning processes through pedagogical documentation. In all your work, you, like us, have an approach based on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

You, together with your colleagues, constantly work to develop, reflect on, and be a present educator. In our Learning Environments, we strive to create curiosity and creativity, as well as support various organizational solutions, working methods, and approaches.

Qualifications

You are a licensed preschool teacher and work pedagogically based on the job description and governing documents in a children's group with other colleagues at Vallmon Preschool. You have good cooperation skills, are solution-oriented, and see opportunities.

You have a positive and reflective approach that contributes to a social and open climate. You are proud of your professional choice, are inspired by challenges, and work from a solution-focused approach. We expect you to be a present, co-researching, and "genuinely curious" educator.
